Strengthens Me
I started exercising
around the age of 15 never taking it serious until I was about 19
years of age. I had no muscles, a small potbelly and my butt was too
big. My cousins teased me about that and I began to be self-conscious
about it. So I went on a fitness quest to get fit although I took the
wrong approach about it. And I hope you will never do what I did, it
was a disaster. I almost killed myself. Not knowing what I was getting
into, I started taking pills to lose weight. Not the stuff you get
from the pharmacy shelf or the GNC stores, the stuff that Joe Blow had
on the street corner, uppers (speed). Needless to say my life went
downhill and so did my Body, Mind and Spirit.
