GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING ​ 

This is for people who like to train in a small group of five clients, but not more than 10 clients per group. This is a great way to get fit, have fun and still get your workout done!

Training ​session may ​vary from 30, 45, but no more than 60 minutes per session.

Training Days Are: Monday, Wednesday and Friday​ Mornings and or Evenings.

12 - Sessions = $200 Per Month

​​SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

This is for people who don't mind training together with a partner, or up to 3 clients. The new found friendships and camaraderie gained is a form of commitment, team work, accountability and partnerships. It takes your mind off of the workout but gets the job done!  *THIS IS YOUR BEST BUY!*

​Training sessions may vary from 30, 45 but no more than 60 minutes per session.

ONE-ON-ONE PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

This is the most effective and flexible plan for the individual that has a set goal, short on time and does not want to train with any another client. Our average client for this plan are business owners, working women and men that have a very busy schedule, but want to lose body-fat, inches, weight and build lean muscle tissue so they can feel good plus fit into their favorite clothes! ​​​

Training sessions may vary from 30, 45 but no more than 60 minutes per session.
